Jun 15, 2005 · Director Park Chan-Wook's breakthrough film "Joint Security Area" is not only one of his best , but it's also one of the best war films to ever come out of Korea. Supported by great acting performances, very good cinematography, a more than decent soundtrack and a superb ending, the movie deserves to be watched and appreciated.
