Jon Brittain (born May 1987) is an Olivier Award-winning playwright, comedy writer and director who was born in Chester in the northwest of England and grew up in the Netherlands. He graduated from the University of East Anglia with a BA in 2008.
Jon Brittain is a playwright, television writer and director. His latest stage work Kathy and Stella Solve a Murder is a musical co written with long time collaborator Matthew Floyd Jones. It opened at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2022 to sell outs and raves and was reprised in 2023, and then sell out runs in Bristol and Manchester followed.
Rotterdam is a play by British playwright Jon Brittain. Rotterdam premiered at south London's Theatre 503 in November 2015. The production transferred to the Trafalgar Studios in July 2016. The production then transferred to the Arts Theatre for a limited run from 21 June to 15 July 2017
