I know this isn't a J-Drama technically, but Tokyo Vice (an actual show on HBO) is spoken half in Japanese and half in English and is really good. It's a crime drama set in Tokyo with Ken Watanabe and while it still has an American style of filmmaking to it, the setting gives it a unique vibe imo that makes it interesting to watch.
