Kirk Acevedo (born November 27, 1971) is an American actor. Notable is his portrayal of Miguel Alvarez in the HBO series Oz, Joe Toye in Band of Brothers and his role as FBI Agent Charlie Francis in the science-fiction series Fringe from 2008 onwards.
Kirk Acevedo is best known for his Cable Ace and Alma Award nominated performance as Miguel Alvarez in the critically acclaimed HBO drama Oz. He also starred in Academy Award winners Paul Haggis and Bobby Moresco's crime drama The Black Donnelly's for NBC.
