    • Touching. Located by the bus rank in Kirkby Town Centre is Kirkby War Memorial, a really touching war memorial for those local to this area who gave their lives in conflicts over the years, to be honest it surprised me how many names were on this war memorial, what made it even more touching was the fact it's still beautifully kept and there were garlands of poppy's on the monument, if you're in Kirkby Town Centre it's most definitely well worth checking out.
