Klaus Sammer (born 5 December 1942) is a German former professional football player and coach. He spent the early part of his career with Stahl Gröditz and Einheit Dresden, before joining Dynamo Dresden, the club where he would spend the majority of his career, in 1965.

FC Dynamo Dresden als Chefcoach und war anschließend in vielfältigen Funktionen für den DFB tätig.
