Klein Motten ist eine ausgedehnte Streusiedlung am Reinberg. Es besteht aus dem Ort Klein Motten und den Rotten Grünau, Alm und Steinwand. Grünau hat an der Straße eigene Ortstafeln und wird auch eigens beschrieben. Ostwärts von Klein Motten befindet sich die Wurzmühle, früher Weißmühle genannt. Sie ist heute nicht mehr in Betrieb.
