Kunigunde of Eisenberg (also known as Kunne; c. 1245 – before 31 May 1286), was a German noblewoman and the second wife of Landgrave Albert II of Thuringia.. She was a daughter of Count Otto of Eisenberg and his wife Anna of Kottwotz.

Kunigunde of Eisenberg died on 31 October 1286. Four years later, on 1 October 1290, Albert married thirdly Elisabeth of Orlamünde, heiress of Nordhalben and widow of Hartmann XI of Lobdeburg-Arnshaugk.

Die Stadtrechtsverleihung im Jahre 1274 durch Albrecht den Entarteten soll mit der Heirat einer Kunigunde von Eisenberg zusammenhängen. Bis 1485 verblieb die Stadt in Meißner Besitz, dann trennte sich das Haus Wettin in die albertinische und die ernestinische Linie.
