When he meets party girl Kay Arnold (Barbara Stanwyck) the wealthy, aspiring artist Jerry Strange (Ralph Graves) wants nothing more than to capture her beauty on canvas. After breaking through her shell and giving her a taste for the finer things in life, Jerry asks Kay to be his bride.
