LoanDepot Park (officially stylized as loanDepot park, and named Marlins Park until 2021) is a retractable roof stadium located in Miami, Florida. It is the home of Major League Baseball's Miami Marlins. It is located on 17 acres (6.9 ha) on the site of the former Miami Orange Bowl in Little Havana about 2 miles (3 km) west of Downtown Miami.

Mar 13, 2023 · loanDepot Park is in the middle of Little Havana, which means that a lot of the area around the park is residential. Head south of the park, just below Flager St. to look for street parking. All metered parking is seven-days-a-week.
Mar 5, 2012 · LoanDepot Park is the third smallest MLB stadium with 36,442 seats. It is the smallest by area. The ballpark is the sixth of seven MLB stadiums constructed with a retractable roof. Its design ended the era of retro-modern ballparks started with Camden Yards. The stadium was host to 2013 and 2017 World Baseball Classic games.
LoanDepot Park, originally Marlins Park, opened in 2012 and is home to the Miami Marlins. The ballpark replaced Sun Life Stadium which was the previous home of the Florida Marlins. There is a new front office in charge of the Marlins in 2019, so many improvements will happen to this park as the years go by with Derek Jeter leading the change.
