It was co-founded in July 1999 by brothers Jeff and Scott Lipsky. A third brother, Mark, joined the company in January 2001 serving as co-president with Jeff. Scott holds the title of chairman and CEO.
Lot 47 Films is an American film producer and distributor. They produced/distributed films from the late 90's to the early 2000's. Logo (1997?-2003?) Visuals: On a black background, there is a cyan square and a bordered darkened cyan square. Inside the border are the texts "LOT 47 FILMS" stacked together horizontally in different sizes.
