Manuel Bartlett Díaz (Puebla de Zaragoza, Puebla; 23 de febrero de 1936) es un político mexicano, miembro del Partido del Trabajo (PT). Es el actual director general de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad desde el 1 de diciembre de 2018 durante la presidencia de Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
