It is the first guitar instrumental album in over 25 years for Marc Bonilla. Back in 1993, Bonilla became heavily involved with film scoring, working with several notable composers and then carving a name for himself in the world of TV and film, earning an Emmy nomination and working on several prominent films and television shows.
He received an Emmy nomination in 2001 for his score for David Milch’s “Big Apple”. He also spent six seasons with Steve Porcaro composing and performing for the hit television show “Justified” and also served as composer for Comedy Central’s “The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore”.
