Margaret of Münsterberg (25 August 1473, Breslau – 28 June 1530, Dessau) was a German regent: Duchess of Anhalt by marriage to Prince Ernest I, she ruled the principality as a regent for her underage sons from 1516.

Charles II was a member of the Münsterberg branch of the House of Poděbrady. His parents were Henry II of Münsterberg and Oels (1507–1548) and Margaret (1515–1559), daughter of Duke Henry V of Mecklenburg-Schwerin. In 1561, Charles II went to Vienna with his tutor to study. In Vienna, he lived at the court of Emperor Ferdinand I.

On 7 February 1529 Henry married to Margaret of Pernstein, a daughter of John III of Pernstein. She died later that year. She died later that year. In 1537 Henry married his second wife, Margaret of Mecklenburg-Schwerin (1515–1559), a daughter of Duke Henry V of Mecklenburg-Schwerin .

Margaret of Münsterberg was a Silesian princess born on August 25, 1473 to the house of Munsterberg and was the fourth child of the Duke Henry the Elder of Münsterberg and wife Ursula of Brandenburg. She received a religious education from her parents. She became Duchess of Anhalt by marriage to Prince Ernest I of Anhalt-Dessau in 1494.
