Marina Petrova is an associate professor in wireless communication with the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. She was the vice director of Digital Fuitures between January 2020 and June 2021.
Marina Gmizić, better known as Marina Petrova, (born February 6, 1939) is a Serbian film actress known for her performances in West German productions of the 1950s and 1960s such as Das Nachtlokal zum Silbermond . She retired from acting following her marriage to Roy Jenson. Their son is actor Sasha Jenson.
Petrova is a Peace and Conflict scholar and an expert in civil resistance, nonviolent action, and civil conflict processes. In her research, she studies different types of political mobilisation and their determinants, dynamics, and outcomes, using primarily quantitative methods.
