Marshall Goldberg (October 24, 1917 – April 3, 2006) was an American football back and return specialist who played for the Chicago Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football as a halfback and fullback for the Pittsburgh Panthers.

Goldberg finished his career as Pitt’s all-time leading rusher with 1,957 yards, a mark that stood until Dorsett broke it during the 1974 season. Goldberg played professional football for the Chicago Cardinals in 1939-42 and in 1946-48.
