A lot of the material included was known to many fans on a bootleg CD called Maximum BBC, which was available on different labels and contained 26-28 tracks. My copy is on Red Robin Records ROB-1041 and has 27 cuts, missing Heaven and Hell. Unfortunately, to get the maximum amount of material necessitates buying a couple of releases.
