The Izod Center was originally Brendan Byrne Arena and subsequently Continental Airlines Arena and nicknamed the Meadowlands Arena. I saw tons of New Jersey Devils games here over the years. It was so much easier to get to this building. Then in 2007, they had to move to the Prudential Center in Newark.
