lonelygirl15 is an American science fiction thriller web series created by Miles Beckett, Mesh Flinders, Greg Goodfried, and Amanda Goodfried. It was independently released on YouTube from June 16, 2006, to August 1, 2008, and was also briefly released on Revver and Myspace.
Ramesh "Mesh" Flinders is a screenwriter who, along with Miles Beckett, created the lonelygirl15 series. According to journalist Joshua Davis, who knew Mesh as a child, Flinders grew up on a commune outside of San Francisco, and had a difficult transition to a Catholic high school.
