Michael Huang is a faculty member of the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at the University of Rochester, where he teaches and conducts research on high-performance and energy-efficient computer architecture, non-von Neumann computing, and Ising machines. He received his BS, MS, and PhD degrees from Tsinghua University and University of Illinois, and has won the NSF CAREER award and the IEEE and ACM awards.
