Michael Alan Spiller (born August 1, 1961) is an American cinematographer and television director. Spiller has directed on numerous series and has also served as a cinematographer before directing. Early, he worked frequently with director and classmate Hal Hartley, including cinematography for Hartley's breakout film The Unbelievable Truth, which helped launch both of their careers. Wikipedia
