Here are the rules for myself: 1 fruit based juice per day. 1 veggie based juice per day. Choice of 1 avocado or additive free almond/coconut milk. Unlimited tea. My stats are: 172cm. 54.8kg. BMI 18.5. Keeping this thread for personal accountability.
