Love from Paris (German: Monpti) is a 1957 West German romantic comedy-drama film directed by Helmut Käutner and starring Romy Schneider and Horst Buchholz. It was based on the novel of the same title by Gábor von Vaszary. Vaszary also worked on the screenplay. The film premiered on 12 September 1957 in Lichtburg in Essen.

A light romantic film about two young people in love, this was surely made to capitalize on the popularity of two rising young German stars - 19 year old Romy Schneider right after her "Sissi" films and 24 year old Horst Buchholz. The story's a bit silly and schmaltzy. But Scheider and Buchholz are appealing in their youthful ardor.
