Fitness Industry 1. is the twelfth EP by Scottish post-rock band Mogwai. It was released on 1 December 2014 through Rock Action Records and Sub Pop. It consists of three original tracks recorded during the sessions that produced the band's album Rave Tapes [8] and three tracks from that album, remixed by different artists.

Nov 24, 2014 · Music Industry 3 Fitness Industry 1 is a short-lived affair consisting of off-shoots from the Rave Tapes recording sessions, as well as few re-imaginings of tunes from the album, released in January this year. The result is an EP which sees Mogwai do what Mogwai do best.
