Si "My Sassy Girl" fait quand même le taff, c'est avant tout grâce au charme fou de Jun Ji-Hyun, qui fait, elle au contraire, passer comme une lettre à la poste les petites cruautés absurdes d'une jeune fille blessée par la vie.

My Sassy Girl is the remake of the super popular, early 2000's movie of the same name. In this version, though, the story doesn't take place in modern times, but in the Joseon period. I found it a thoroughly enjoyable drama for the most part. It's a light romantic- comedy sageuk with a dose of political intrigue mixed in.
