In that light, ESPN presents "NFL Insiders," a weekday program that not only airs both in-season as well as when the stadiums are dark, but also is unique in that its cast includes nary an ex-NFL player. The hourlong episodes feature daily contributors, such as reporters Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter and former NFL executive Bill Polian, who have insiders' access to breaking league news and firsthand knowledge of how teams go about their business.
