- Experience Packet Alley And The Strand. Packet Alley runs from The Strand to the Delaware River. In 1933, a historical marker was placed at the intersection.
- Visit The Courthouse. Built in 1732, the New Castle Court House served as Delaware’s first court and state capitol and was the meeting place for Delaware’s colonial assembly until 1777.
