Nigel Terry. Actor. 15 August 1945 to 30 April 2015. A British actor of the stage and screen, Terry made his film debut in the BAFTA-winning The Lion In Winter (1968) alongside Peter O’Toole and Katharine Hepburn. His other defining film roles came in the lead roles in John Boorman’s Excalibur (1981) and Derek Jarman’s Caravaggio (1986).
