Nowy Port (German: Neufahrwasser; Kashubian: Fôrwôter) is a district of the city of Gdańsk, Poland. It borders with Brzeźno to the west, Letnica to the south, and Przeróbka to the east (over the Martwa Wisła). The landmark of the district is the historic Nowy Port Lighthouse, which is open to visitors.

Nowy Port is a district of the city of Gdańsk, Poland. It borders with Brzeźno to the west, Letnica to the south, and Przeróbka to the east.
District description. The name of the district comes from a port channel that was built there. The district’s character of a port town has been preserved until today, as long as pre-war tenement buildings, a lighthouse and old granaries along the Martwa Wisla riverbank. After the war, precast concrete panel apartment buildings were built here.
