Orlando Brown (born December 4, 1987) is an American actor, rapper, and singer. He is best known for his roles as Eddie Thomas in That's So Raven, Cadet Kevin 'Tiger' Dunne in Major Payne, 3J Winslow in Family Matters, Max in Two of a Kind.
