Dec 2018. We just passed by the building on our way to Osaka Castle. The building is across the road from the Castle Park. The external of the building is modern yet simple. The building houses the NHK Osaka broadcasting station. If you are interested in watching live TV broadcast, they are open to the public for a visit.
