Ticket Office. The PNC Arena Ticket Office presented by Ticketmaster is located on the south side of PNC Arena, directly across from Carter-Finley Stadium. An advance ticket sales window is also located on the main concourse behind Section 127. All transactions at the Ticket Office presented by Ticketmaster are cashless.
