   • Salmon Benedict. Pauls Place is truly the best food you will taste in Hilo. The food and the service is off the charts. A reservation is a must as tables are limited. I have been here before and wanted to have breakfast at Paul's place celebrating my birthday and I was not disappointed. The owner and chef, Paul is a very kind and thoughtful person.

   Is uncle Paul a good restaurant?

   • Uncle Paul and the girl running the place were super sweet and welcoming. You can tell Paul is very passionate about his restaurant and the vibes are always so good! Ambiance is very bright and open. There are only three 2-seater tables so get there quick or call for reservations. Overall such a good experience and would definitely go there again.
