Paul Seed (born 18 September 1947) is a British actor who portrayed the Graff Vynda-K in the Doctor Who television story The Ribos Operation. During the filming of that serial, Seed's dog bit Tom Baker on the lip after Baker tried to perform a trick with the dog that Seed himself had performed.
