Paul Bertrand Spera is a French-American actor based in Paris. He is the grandson of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States from 1993 until her death on September 18, 2020.
Spera graduated from Yale University where he majored in Theater Studies. He received a certificate in acting from the French National Drama Conservatory in Paris.
Spera is the son of Jane C. Ginsburg and George T. Spera. His mother is the Morton L. Janklow professor of literary and artistic property law at Columbia Law School while his father is a former lawyer at Shearman & Sterling, a law firm in New York.
