Paul Frank ‘Paulie’ Vario was an American mobster who was in command of the notorious ‘Vario Crew’ for the Lucchese crime family for almost three decades. Vario was involved in the robbery at John F. Kennedy International Airport in 1978, infamously known as The Lufthansa Heist.
