Peugeot (UK: / ˈ p ɜː ʒ oʊ / ⓘ, US: / p (j) uː ˈ ʒ oʊ / ⓘ, French: ⓘ) is a French brand of automobiles owned by Stellantis. The family business that preceded the current Peugeot companies was founded in 1810, and it is regarded as the oldest car company in the world.

- Peugeot 108. This tiny city car strikes us as having very little potential for the U.S. Yes, cars this size such as the Chevrolet Spark do exist here, but the segment is small and there's not much margin for profit.
- Peugeot 208. The 208, a small hatch that would roughly fit into the subcompact class here alongside vehicles such as the Kia Rio and the Honda Fit, has just been redesigned.
- Peugeot 308. A compact hatchback that competes with the Volkswagen Golf, the 308 is particularly enticing because of its GTi hot-hatch variant. That name, which Peugeot has also used on smaller 200-series hot hatches in the past, could be a worthy competitor to VW's own legendary GTI.
