Synopsis. High school senior Eric Matthews (Derek Rydall) sneaks his girlfriend, Melody Austin (Kari Whitman), into his house late at night to find a letter from land developers demanding that his parents sell their home to make way for a new shopping mall. He crumples up the letter up and they go to his room.
