The Phelps Mansion, formerly known as The Monday Afternoon Clubhouse, is a three-story brick and stone mansion located on Court Street in Binghamton, New York. It was built in 1870 as the private home of Sherman D. Phelps. Mr. Phelps was a successful businessman, banker, Republican elector for Abraham Lincoln, and mayor of the City of Binghamton.

Welcome To Phelps Mansion Museum. The Phelps Mansion Museum will utilize and preserve its unique Victorian facility and collections to serve the public through regular tours, exhibits, and programs emphasizing local history, education, literature, art and music.

The Phelps Mansion is a Historic House Museum. We are open for tours Thursday-Sun. Tours are at 11am, 1230pm, 2pm, and 330pm. (Last tour at 3:30pm) Reservations are encouraged. Walk-ins welcome based on tour availability. Admission is $10 Adults, students and senior 62 and over $8, kids 12 and under free. Come see the "jewel on Court St".
