    Philip Casson is a British television director. Along with Peter Harris, he served as a director for The Muppet Show. Casson directed 46 episodes of the series starting in the second season.

    Casson began his career by training as a dancer, and performed as both a dancer and choreographer with Ballet Montmartre. His other directing credits include episodes of the satirical puppet series Spitting Image, TV adaptations of Shakespeare's Macbeth and The Comedy of Errors, and several seasons of the soap opera EastEnders.
