Mar 27, 2023 · Prattville is located just to the west of Interstate 65, which bisects Alabama from the Tennessee border to Mobile, Mobile County. The city is divided by County Road 2, which runs east-west, and state routes 31 and 3, which run north and south and connect the city to Montgomery’s western boundaries.

Approximately fifteen city blocks encompassing the nineteenth-century New England styled down town, consists of over two hundred properties representing a diversity of architecture including Greek Revival, Italianate, and Bungalow styles from 1840 to 1930.
