Princess Augusta of Württemberg (4 October 1826 in Stuttgart – 3 December 1898, ibid.) was a daughter of King William I of Württemberg and his wife, Pauline of Württemberg. Life [ edit ] Augusta was the third and last child of her parents' marriage.

The collection of papers from the House of Brunswick comprises over 200 documents, principally correspondence, covering the period 1759 to 1819. These letters are written in both French and English, and the majority of this correspondence is from Princess Augusta, later Duchess of Brunswick (1737-1813), to her brother George III.

Augusta lived out her days there and died in 1813 aged 75. She was buried in the Royal Vault at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.
