Named after the British princess who stopped off here for a dip in the 1950’s, the water is incredibly blue, clear and calm. The crescent shore is backed by a palm tree forest giving it a truly Caribbean feel. The beach itself is pristine, with the sand gently sloping into the warm Caribbean water.
Princess Margaret Beach is located on the south side of Admiralty Bay, just beyond the Belmont walkway and the shops and harbour front of Port Elizabeth. Named obviously after the Princess who once swam at the beach. A beautiful spot to relax and take in the activity of the bustling yachts anchored in the bay.
