There’s not an airport in Providence. if you’re flying, the nearest airport is the T.F. Green Airport in Warwick. The airport is a 10 minute drive from Providence.

Providence is a very walkable city. You can access the main site sites on foot. Click hereto book a guided walking tour of Providence. But you may want to have a car to cross the river to or from Federal Hill. I drove around Providence. It was was fairly easy to find parking. There’s also a bus system.
