The Puerta del Carmen is one of the most stunning gates of the Wall of Ávila and undoubtedly the most sought after by visitors. From it you can find spectacular views of the entire North on the city.

Puerta del Carmen is the only remaining gate of Zaragoza's city wall, of which there were twelve; four Roman and eight medieval. It is located at the busy intersection of Paseo de Pamplona, Paseo Maria Agustin, Avenida Cesar Augusto and Calle Hernan Cortes. There is no access to the gate best viewed from Paseo de Pamplona.
