    Pullet Surprise is a 1997 Looney Tunes short directed by Darrell Van Citters.

    The title is a play on the Pulitzer Prize, "pullet" referring to a hen that is less than one year old.

    Pete Puma is trying to raid the hen house Foghorn Leghorn is guarding. Foggy decides to have some fun with Pete. He tells Pete what he really wants is a Venezuelan Racing Chicken which has unfortunately run back to Venezuela. Pete runs there and back in jig time.
