    Raymond Saharath Persi is an American director, producer, screenwriter, storyboard artist, and voice actor, known for director episodes of The Simpsons. In 2010, Raymond moved from Fox Studios to Walt Disney Animation Studios to work on the 2012 animated feature film Wreck-It Ralph. In that film, he provided the voices of Gene and Cyril. He was also a storyman and voiced the Horn on the animated short Get a Horse!. Additionally, he voiced Flash in the 2016 animated feature film Zootopia. During the D23 Expo 2015 in Anaheim, California, Raymond Persi revealed that he was storyboarding for the ultimately cancelled Gigantic.

    Persi was also tasked to storyboard a long-lost alternate ending to The Jungle Book that was adapted from an old script treatment, which appears as a bonus feature on the film's Blu-ray release.

    •Outside of working at Disney, Raymond was part of a performance duo called RayRay in the early 00s. The duo featured him and another performer in two unusual mascot outfits performing a variety of sketches. One day, the suits were stolen and in 2008, a mysterious video called Blankroomsoup.avi was uploaded online featuring the costumes being used in the video.
