The merger was approved by the Company's shareholders and board of directors, and the Company's stock will be delisted from Nasdaq.
Jul 28, 2022 · RealNetworks, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNWK) announced it has signed a definitive agreement to merge with and into Greater Heights LLC, an affiliate of its founder and CEO, Robert D. Glaser. The merger will give each shareholder $0.73 per share in cash consideration and is conditioned on approval by the Board of Directors and a majority of the shares not owned by Mr. Glaser and his affiliates.
