But as a truthful account of history, Recount leans toward the fallacious proclivities of politicians (like Harris, who wasn't too happy with this movie), supreme court justices (and critters of their ilk), and that is the reason I give it four stars. It's difficult to get all the details into a 1.5 hour movie even if the producers desired to.
