Reginald Alan Hudlin [1] (born December 15, 1961) [1] is an American film screenwriter, director, producer, and comic-book writer. Along with his older brother Warrington Hudlin, he is known as one of the Hudlin Brothers. [2] . From 2005 to 2008, Hudlin was President of Entertainment for Black Entertainment Television (BET).

Hudlin, Sr. and Helen (Cason) Hudlin. In 1983, Hudlin received his B.A. degree from Harvard University where his senior thesis project was the first version of the film, House Party.
